Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

We typically roast & ship orders Monday – Wednesday, 9am-2pm MST. Local deliveries are made to Glenwood Springs on Thursday and New Castle, Silt & Rifle Monday through Thursday. If your order comes in after 2pm, it will be processed and delivered (if you're local) or shipped the following business day. 

We do our best to get your order delivered or shipped within 24 hours of roasting! Major holidays, peak seasons, or inclement weather may affect shipping times. We will do our best to inform customers ahead of time if processing and shipping times will be significantly delayed for any reason.

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Times.

We ship flat rate based on weight via UPS and USPS. Exact shipping times will vary depending on the location, but 3-5 business days is standard. 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

Shipping Issues and Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at office@wildcoffee.co. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

For orders marked as "Delivered" but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate the issue.
