Returns

At Wild Coffee Roasters, our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with both our service and products. We believe you deserve to have a stellar customer experience and that's why we offer only high quality products that we are proud to stand behind.

For those rare occasions you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-perishable products (merchandise and brewing equipment). You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or address a problem with your order, contact us at office@wildcoffee.co.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 704 Main St., Silt, CO 81652. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged, we will require photos of the damaged products and packaging. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items (such as coffee and food), sale items, or gift cards.

However, if you are unhappy with your product in any way, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will be happy to work with you to make things right and ensure you are fully satisfied.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the refund and inform you whether or not it was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded for the cost of the item and its' original shipping costs on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at office@wildcoffee.co.
