A small slice of the remainder of Roberto's 4,000 hectares of land is dedicated to organic coffee farming while the rest remains forested wildlife habitat. On top of that, Roberto takes pride in being able to provide over 100 jobs to members of his local community through coffee and dried fruit production. He even gives their kids school supplies at the start of each year. And when it's picking time, Roberto ensures that the indigenous workers who come to work his farm with their whole families have housing and free medical care for the entire picking season. What a guy, right?
