We typically roast & ship orders Monday – Wednesday, 9am-2pm. Local deliveries are made to Glenwood Springs on Thursday and New Castle, Silt & Rifle Monday through Thursday. If your order comes in after 2pm, it will be processed and delivered (if you're local) or shipped the following business day.

We’ll do our best to get your order delivered or shipped within 24 hours of roasting! Major holidays, peak seasons, or inclement weather may affect shipping times. We will do our best to inform customers ahead of time if processing and shipping times will be significantly delayed for any reason.

We ship flat rate via UPS and USPS. Exact shipping times will depend on the location, but average shipping times are 3-5 business days.

At Wild Coffee Roasters, our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with both our service and products. We believe you deserve to have a stellar customer experience and that's why we offer only high quality products that we are proud to stand behind.

For those rare occasions you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-perishable products (merchandise and brewing equipment).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as coffee and food, sale items, or gift cards.

However, if you are unhappy with your product in any way, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will be happy to work with you to make things right and ensure you are fully satisfied.
