This bean has a nice intermingling of chocolate, nut, and developed sugar sweetness. It’s a great coffee for people who tend to like dark roasts without having burnt or over roasted notes like so many dark roasts do. With a thick, syrupy body, this bean is delicious as a single origin espresso. It’s a fantastic coffee any way you brew it, but especially in a french press, or any way that emphasizes the thicker body and full mouth feel.

My wife and I love this roast! Our favorite coffee to use in the mocha pot, pour over, aero press, etc. You can’t go wrong with this roast. I like the sweetness of the cup, there’s a nice blend of cocoa and nut to it. I drink this black most mornings to start my day.
